S Degroot is a misspelling of Dudley S Degroot. Here's what Wikipedia

Regardless of the missspelling resulting in
a rather odd sounding name, Budley S Degroot is one of the prettiest streets
in Olympic Heights. In fact, it's
one of the nicer streets in all of South Austin, particularly in the
$150,000-200,000 price range. Olympic Heights boasts a community
park and gorgeous, big
pool.
